Student Walking Tour Group Request Form

Thank you for your In-person Student Program request. Please complete the information below, and be sure to click the Submit button when you're finished.

Student Program Logistics

Offered on Tuesday and Thursday (other days are available upon request).
Each session may be scheduled for up to 1.5 hours between 10 am and 5 pm. Timings may be adjusted based your needs.
Recommended for up to of 30 students in grades 3-12. Contact us if you have more than 30 students. 
The cost for Student Walking Tours is $10.00 per student. The cost for Adventures in Architecture and Discover Broadway will range between $50.00-$150.00 based on the number of sessions booked. Contact us for more information.
Full payment is required within 7 days of the program date. Scholarships are available on a need basis.

Tour requests will be reviewed within five business days. All requests will receive a follow up email or phone call. We will advise you if we cannot accommodate your group. Groups whose requests can be accommodated will receive a booking confirmation with details. IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION, YOUR GROUP IS NOT ON OUR CALENDAR.

All participants in the Los Angeles Conservancy-sponsored Walking Tours knowingly and freely accept and assume all risks, both known and unknown, and AGREE TO RELEASE, DEFEND, INDEMNIFY, NOT SUE, AND HOLD HARMLESS the Los Angeles Conservancy, its principals, officers, employees, volunteers, sponsors, agents and other participants from any and all claims, damages (including medical expenses and attorneys’ fees), injuries and expenses arising out of, or resulting from your voluntary attendance/participation in Walking Tours.
